Jonah Goldberg is one of my favorite authors. He also is one of the writers at National Review. National review just posted an excerpt from his book "Liberal Fascism". I recommend this book highly, but this chapter on Margaret Sanger is illuminating. Who is Margaret Sanger you ask? If you read the chapter, you will find out that she was a racist, Nazi sympathizer and Eugenicist. And oh yes, she is the founder of Planned Parenthood.

2008 was the year man-made global warming was disproved
Here is a wonderful article on how no one could continue to believe in Global Warming if you actually research it. I would love to hear from anyone who reads this who still believes it to be occurring and what their rationale is behind it. Please use the comment section to elaborate.

More on Global Warming
Ok, so the UN is holding a climate conference in Poznan, Poland currently to try to improve the Kyoto Protocol, and there finally is some people trying to dispute at the actual event about man-made global warming.
Here is the headline for this article:
UN Blowback: More Than 650 International Scientists Dissent Over Man-Made Global Warming Claims
Study: Half of warming due to Sun! –Sea Levels Fail to Rise? - Warming Fears in 'Dustbin of History'
So, who are these guys? Well, here's a list of them:
Nobel Prize Winner for Physics, Ivar Giaever
Atmospheric Scientist Dr. Joanne Simpson, the first woman in the world to receive a PhD in meteorology and formerly of NASA who has authored more than 190 studies and has been called “among the most preeminent scientists of the last 100 years.”
UN IPCC Japanese Scientist Dr. Kiminori Itoh, an award-winning PhD environmental physical
Indian geologist Dr. Arun D. Ahluwalia at Punjab University and a board member of the UN-supported International Year of the Planet
U.S Government Atmospheric Scientist Stanley B. Goldenberg of the Hurricane Research Division of NOAA
Atmospheric physicist James A. Peden, formerly of the Space Research and Coordination Center in Pittsburgh.
See the article for the complete list. Their comments are the most interesting thing in the article.

Pearl Harbor
From the White House:
On a quiet Sunday morning, December 7, 1941, more than 2,400 Americans were killed in the attack on Pearl Harbor. On that day, life changed in America, and the course of history was altered forever.
Our citizens reacted to the attack with firm determination to defeat tyranny and secure our Nation. This enterprise required the commitment and effort of our entire country. At the height of the conflict, the United States had ships on every ocean and troops on five continents. In all, more than 16 million Americans wore the uniform of our Nation. They came from all walks of life. They served honorably and fought fiercely. At home, millions more contributed to the war effort, laboring for victory in our factories, on farms, and across America.
Today, we honor those who fought and died at Pearl Harbor, and we pay special tribute to the veterans of World War II. These heroes hold a cherished place in our history. Through their courage, sacrifice, and selfless dedication, they saved our country and preserved freedom. As we fight the war on terror, their patriotism continues to inspire a new generation of Americans who have been called to defend the blessings of liberty.

Planned Parenthood
This video is first in a series of hidden camera footage, collected over the summer, documenting the sexual abuse cover-up of the abortion industry across the nation.
Despite a consistent pattern of lawlessness and abuse, Planned Parenthood, a tax-exempt "nonprofit", made over $100 million in profits last year and has a billion-dollar budget. Planned Parenthood receives over $300 million from taxpayers.

Do you still believe in Man-Made Global Warming?
Here is an article on the World Meteorlogical Organization. In it, it details all of the major issues that they are having and have had for quite some time. Who is the WMO? They are only the chief collector of weather data for the UN's IPCC report which Algore and others have touted on the "consensus" on gloal warming. Do you still believe?
UPDATE- For those of you who may think I am off the deep end on this, here is a petition signed by 31,000 scientists who feel the current beliefs about Man-Made Global Warming is flawed.

Newt Gingrich
Here's Newt giving a wonderful talk on the causation of our current economic situation and what Alan Greenspan called "irrational exuberance".
